The Challenge
As the company was transitioning to digital solutions, TruSuite became a critical digital dental design tool. However, the development team was in Korea while the marketing team was in the US, creating significant collaboration challenges.
The geographic separation between teams made it difficult to coordinate launcher design improvements and website updates effectively.
The Solution
I took the lead in managing the launcher's main page and other key areas, serving as a communication bridge between teams.
Used Figma for collaboration with the Korean team and established a systematic approach to launcher design management.
